In installation u've used InnoDB engine to create tables. Is it absolutely necessery to use? If yes how can i may change the settings of mySql to install innoDB? Please let me know |

If I use in installation "localhost" we receive the error "Could Not Resolve Host" check function setHost ..//Check the IP/Hostname for Validity thanks marco |

when i install the helpdeskpoint i get this error
"Creation of the Catagories Table Failed"
i use Win2000 with EasyPHP (APACHE+MYSQL)

When I install the Help Desk and get to the MySQL Detail form, I put in all my details and CHMODed config.php yet it still says " Write Permission Denied for Configuration File" Can someone help me? also it may be because I leave the Table prefix out on the field, what do I need to put in there? thanks. |
